I work inside FPSO project execution and cost estimating for the Brazilian offshore market — currently supporting a BOT consortium on an active Petrobras FPSO tender, alongside industrial inspection and project delivery work with Brasil Inspect and Mota-Engil.

This site is where I write up the parts of that work worth sharing publicly: how FPSO costs actually compare across contract models, what public benchmark data does and doesn't tell you, and the methodology questions that come up when you're the one building the numbers, not just reading them in a report.
